What is the definition of "duty to manage" asbestos?

Granton, a Scottish district located in the north of Edinburgh. Granton is part of Edinburgh's waterfront that runs along the Firth of Forth. It was once an industrial area with a large harbour. Granton is part Edinburgh's extensive waterfront regeneration program.
Granton appears for the first time on maps in 17th-century. It is a reference to Granton Castle, which has since been demolished. Granton Burn also has the name, which runs through Caroline Park to Granton Beach. It is believed that the name comes from Grant's Town (or Grant's Dun) (hill).
Edinburgh debated in 1834 the need for a larger harbor. As President of the Institution of Civil Engineers, James Walker oversaw a committee that included Admiral David Milne to decide between three options. The extensions to the Leith Docks, a new harbour in Trinity, and a new harbour in Granton. In 1836, a second Bill was passed to promote Granton. The original bid for Trinity didn't receive parliamentary approval. It was granted Royal Assent 21 April 1837
